Deliveries are made during normal business hours to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, the User must check the content by specifying any anomalies in the delivery form.
In case of failure to collect within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The Owner cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the User, for any damage that may have occurred to the Products after delivery to the carrier, where the latter has been chosen and appointed by the User or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the date you received the item. To send us a return request by sending us an e-mail to email@example.com, specifying the order number, the product and the quantities you want to return and indicating the reason.
We will reply by email to arrange the return shipment, then we will send you the waybill.
From the moment you have made the return request, you have 30 days to send back the item you want to return.
Limitations to the right of withdrawal on products
Damaged or used products are not replaced or refunded.
Products for which the return request or the return shipment of the item have reached us after the deadline are not replaced or refunded.
The return shipment is free and will be organized by Ogyre. Just print the waybill and deliver the package to the courier who will collect it at the address you have chosen.
We will refund the price of the item and the cost of shipping paid by you within 2 working days from the date we receive the returned product at our warehouses.

Analysis of User Data and forecasts ("profiling")
